This band- Hipbone- came out of Raliegh NC in the early 90's when NC was getting it's props. A great live show featuring Brion Snyder on keys and vocals. Bassist Aaron Bittikofer pushed a great swing jazz groove, and was comfortable with either stand-up double bass or electric, kicking in the OC-2 as a booster whenever tasteful.
I just found this site, and it looks new as there's no plays on it yet. Check it out... great stuff. "Wicked" is my personal fave, and I own three different versions of it. That was another thing: they never played a song the same way twice.
