Can someone please send me the wiring diagram for putting my new 108 into my B 15nc. I took the old one out 15 years ago and have no clue where the 9 wires go. It would be a great help. I'm not a newbe, just don't remember. Thanks Phil A [email protected]
Is this what you are looking for: or are you looking for something that shows inside the chassis where the leads connect?
Here's the inside of a B15NC of mine. I haven't done any work to it but I don't know if anything was ever changed by a previous owner: Black - fuse Red/yellow - bottom of standby switch Black/white - bottom of ground switch Red - pins 4,6 of 5AR4 (V6) Yellow - pins 2,8 of 5AR4 (V6) Green - pin 7 of 6L6GC (V5) Green/white - pin 2 of 6L6GC (V5) Hope this helps!
Remember that you have to reform the capacitors in the amp. After fifteen years they are probably in poor condition. Ideally the AC voltage to the amp should be brought up slowly eventually allowing the rectifier to warm up and charge the caps. Paul
