Double Bass Pulley Wheel Supplier

I want to make a fingered extension for one of my basses. Does anyone know where I can find a supplier of those small pulley wheels?

Ya gotta make it yourself or find someone who knows how to work a lathe.

Also, go to your local DIY store and look at the sliding screen door hardware. The rollers that go on the bottom of the door might be good for your application...
