Punk Jazz Chords

Hi Everyone!

I've been trying to listen in to the chords on Weather Report's Punk Jazz, specifically the main vamp (1:53), and I was wondering how you guys hear/play these voicings.

I've also consulted a few charts, but when I sit down at the keyboard they don't sound right.

1. First chord I see written as Eb7sus. I play Db/Eb (Eb, Db, F, Ab). Sounds about right.
2. Second chord, I move the Ab up to an A natural, so Dbaug/Eb. Sounds kinda right. Charts say Eb7(#9)(b5). I certainly don't hear a #9 (F#) in there. Any thoughts?
3. Third chord I play Eb/Db, so Db, Eb, G, Bb. Sounds workable, but not right. Can anyone hear what Zawinul plays there? Those synth horns are a timbre I'm having a real hard time separating in my ear. Chart says Db7(b5), so we agree on the G in there, but I certainly don't hear a Cb up top. That's a Bb up there.
   
4. Last chord has me stumped. There's a Db (C#) up top. and I hear a D natural too. Maybe Daugmaj7/C#, so C#, D, F#, A#, C#.

Any ideas?

Good luck, your ear is better than mine. That's why I call up fake chord and use that.

I hear an 8 bar repeating pattern. Two bars each of Eb13, B7/Eb, Db13#11, and Bb7#9/Db. YMMV

Eb7,sus,9,13,
Eb7,#9,#11
Db7,9,#11,13
Bb7,+5,#9/Db in the bass.
