I have a Lakland 5501 and have Nordy Fat Stacks and an Aggy OBP3 in it. I just finished recording an EP with my band and the bass sounds unbelievable. The exact sound I am after. Smooth, fat, growly and punchy.
How can I get the same sound out of my 07 MIA Jazz, as fat stacks don't fit, obviously! What pups should I look at? Should I get the Jazz routed to fit Nordy Big Singles/Fat Stacks? Now that would be unique.......... maybe!
