A few months ago I was introduced to this most delicious food and has become a fast favorite! Anyone else enjoy them?

Many many years ago our reggae band had a follower - Sal from El Salvador. Sal introduced us to pupusas. God's own gift, I swear.

Without a doubt, but when Taco Bell finds out there's a new way to combine flour tortillas, cheese, and meat in a way they haven't tried to sell yet, they'll jump all over it. And make a fiery hot cheetos version of it.

Yep, there's a finite amount of ingredients involved, so for me a good old fashioned chimi changa at a decent divey tex mex restaurant has been my favorite for some time now.
