Pushing a HOG

How far can one take an EHX HOG? As in, can it do chords? Can one put a midi device through it? Can one set it after another harmonizer? Can it do midi/bass chords with another harmonizer?

By "can it do" I mean "can it do this without distorting or otherwise freaking out."

I don't know if anyone here has really tried to put a beating on their HOG, but it's making its way up my GAS list, and I rarely bring my whole setup into a GC to check things out...

I don't know if there's any audio device on the planet that can be said to never distort or never freak out when you run any kind of crazy signal into it. But if all you're trying to do is send a polyphonic signal at a reasonable level, then yes it supposedly is polyphonic.
