PYPB 44: ...like Tetris with boxes, wires and cables

Not strictly my pedalboard, but a detail shot of my guitarist's..

Got most of these at Christmas, well the MXR, SA reverb, the "custom" dragon pedal & the Ibanez CF7.

I did have plans to get a line 6 DL4 to loop and play battles type music with but honestly I think I might sell it all and just get an axe fx, after reading up I really think they're the way to go, at least for me.

nshuman, your Spaceman Effects board is sickening, just sickening. Well done sir, as always.

I finally got a Jamman XT. The box directly above it is to be a high/low pass filter, but is just a empty space filler until it's done.

The small boxes on right are all effects controllers, no signal going through them. I realize they are too close to each other, but I had to try. It's manageable in socks anyway. The empty box atop the SA Expressing pedal is the shell of the Jamman XT footswitch I actually mean to use. I may end up with a separate controller board, maybe.

Controllers, top to bottom:
  • M9 amp- mute and 9 band eq select
  • SR16 drum machine- start/stop/tempo and a/b/fill
  • Jamman XT sampler- bank up/down and stop/tempo
  • Expression pedal - manual phase sweep or manual speed control, selected on the Quasar
There are 1/4" relay boxes under the board on other side; left box for the M9 and SR-16, right box for the pedal board in/out. Underneath as well, a CIOKS DC-10 powers all the effects.

Signal is:
in > Schism > B3K > Bottom Feeder > Quasar DLX > Dispatch Master > Submarine Designer > Jamman XT > out

Schism channels:
ch1: Hyperdrive
ch2: Tall Font Russian
ch3: clean (always on)

I finished wiring this up last night. Board is a mono edition Pedal Train 1. Power is a 1Spot Pro CS7. Signal path flows as: Polytune > Octabvre > Subterranea > Manta > Elements > TAFM > Iron Pig > Orbital > DE-CL > Flashback > Enabler. Source Audio Expression currently is on the Manta, hope to soon move it to a SA Hub and possibly add a Hot Hand 3. Bottom left might eventually get a loop on/off switch for the whole board but I haven't figured that out yet.

So does this qualify for Tetris?
