PYPB 44: ...like Tetris with boxes, wires and cables

There is a Voodoolab Mondo underneath powering the two H9's, Mobius, ES-8, Boss OC-2, Accountant, Fdeck HPF, EHX Hog 2, EHX Iron Lung, Source Audio Reflex, Source Audio Hub, and the TC Mini HOF. Then I mounted three small wall warts underneath for the Source Audio Manta and Aftershock, and the soon to be Chase Bliss Tonal Recal! The three wall warts are plugged into the Mondo's accessory outlet. So all of this is still only one power cable!

nice work..

I couldn't allow myself to fully enjoy the BDDI because I kept reading too much around here about why I shouldn't use this amount of blend or presence or why I shouldn't put the bass or treble past noon, etc.
Who cares what others say? The main experience that matters is yours. Then you may consider others.
However, have you tried the 100 percent blend with the band? This is where the BDDI lost completely. With blend low, it fattens up the tone, with a higher setting I got lost. The rolling back of the two band eq helps a bit, but it is still a midcut.

Some very midrangey basses, combined with a midrangey cab really benefit from the BDDI. I had good results with my Ibanez BTB, but very bad ones with my Fenders.

I haven't tried with a band. I'm probably going to run it into the effects return of a Hartke HD150 combo. I thought about getting a poweramp and driving it with the Sansamp but for playing in bars, small clubs the combo will be sufficient enough. And if it doesn't work in a live situation, at least I have a decent bass amp to fall nback on. I have it rolled about half way right now. Kind of the best of both worlds. Half dry, half wet. My Stingray sounds unbelievable with the roundness that box adds to the sound.

Made a couple of small changes. Swapped the phase 99 out for the 90 and put the mini wah on. Thinking about ditching the swollen pickle because the MXR distortion does my heavy lifting for that type of sound. I know I already want a dirty robot but not sure what to put in the place of the pickle. Kinda looking at the dod 250 but don't know if I need more overdrives.

That really nicely puts the size of the mini wah in perspective. In the commotion of rocking out on state, I think I'd still need a footprint the size of the regular sized wah to accurately hit it... I have a hard enough time hitting my Whammy when I need to. Then again, I'm a little bow legged so my feet angle outwards (opposite of pigeon-toed)

I really like the looks of those mini-wahs. I wonder if I could build one...

Replaced my trusty Tech21 XXL with a Smallsound/Bigsound Mini and wow - this pedal is amazing! Truly versatile, like others have said, and more than any other drive pedal I really feel that the Mini augments my clean tone rather than replaces it. Not just a clean blend, but I can hear my bass' tone very clearly. The Mini also let me move my Phat Phuk B so the board as a whole looks a lot neater! Also added the little Source Audio switch to fill the blank space under my EBS Wah and cure my OCD. Also, being able to switch presets on the Nemesis while wearing shoes is nice!

Ooooo....there's an idea. Maybe I'll move the tap tempo to my Nemesis to switch presets, and use my Dual Expression Pedal with my Vertigo Tremolo to control the speed, instead....

Thanks for the idea! Love the board. The Stanley Wah is the only pedal that I truly regret getting rid of. If you ever decide to sell it, I claim dibs. :D

Thanks, you definitely have dibs! The Stanley Clarke Wah perfectly meets my needs - I use it as a volume pedal most of the time, but to have it also serve as a sweet LPF for my synth sounds means that I have way more board space. It's a bit of an expensive volume pedal but is so flexible it's crazy. I switch it to the boosted bandpass filter for one of the songs I do, if it was remotely possible I would love for a way to scroll between the LPF, HPF, BPF somehow with a heel switch.
