PYPB 44: ...like Tetris with boxes, wires and cables

Sold the EBS Multicomp and added a Micro Thumpinator and JAM Waterfall bass chorus. I tried putting the Thumpinator under the board but I don't have the cables that would allow that right now, so I wanna tidy up my board setup with some new patch cables. I'm thinking EBS High Performance flat cables since they're so popular.
Nice looking new enclosure for the micro Thump, and better in and out positioning too IMO.
Yeah it's the v2, last year's redesign. I couldn't find one photo of v2 on any pedalboards, nor on the used market, just the older versions.
I'm thinking of flipping it on its side to save some room and then I might put the tap tempo next to Nemesis delay instead of under it.

Pedal boards be like Noah's Ark. Always bring pedals on board two by two. That's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it.
Finally got my pedal board "right". Either had a noise that I couldn't eliminate or was able to fix it but wasn't happy with the result.
2 channels split at the Saturnworks buffered split.
Clean is the Zoom B3N. Basically just lots of almost dub style low.
Dirty is everything else. All of the pedals are always on except for the Damnation MBD (fuzz) and the Darkglass Boost (chainsaw distortion).
I've got my low end, I've got my squashy compression, got my chorus, got my overdrive. Finally! Went thru a ton of iterations to finally nail it.

Boss TU3 > Origin Effects Cali76 > 3Leaf Audio Octabvre Mini > MXR M82 > Aguilar Chorusaurus > JAM Pedals Delay Llama Xtreme > Noble DI > FOH & IEMs
I'm considering swapping out the Aguilar Chorusaurus for a JAM Pedals Ripply Fall Bass (chorus/phaser/trem combo)... There's nothing I really dislike about the Auguilar, but I want a phaser for fun and figure the JAM fits the bill, covers the chorus + trem, and doesn't require an additional power source, the Noble will cover it.
Any experienced thoughts? Should I just keep the Aguilar and go with a JAM Ripple (or others) as a standalone phaser (jump power for tuner pedal)? Is the quality of the JAM chorus worth the cost of the upgrade to the Ripply Fall combo?

Just picked up a second Seymour Duncan Studio Bass...Gotta say I'm really digging the new graphics.
I love the pedal overall, but never really liked the look of the old graphics (I know, I know) but the new look I dig.

The Billy Sheehan Ultimate is a fairly standard overdrive with a couple non standard features (loops, comp, phase, etc). Lots of flexibility. I swapped out the op amp on mine, smoother creamier drive IMO.
The Damnation is interesting. Not a great overdrive but really excels when you want some deep hefty grind. Everything from fuzz to chain saw ish distortion. No loss of low end. There's a 20db Bass boost to really keep things low.
I went thru a ton of pedals to get what I was looking for.. very little overlap between these two.
I got this one totally by surprise...I didn't even know the new graphics existed LOL!
I got mine from Chicago Music Exchange (via Reverb...they even had the old graphics used in the pics).

I feel like this board has way too much negative space. It makes me itchy thinking of the 2 or 3 more pedals you could put on here.
*edited to note that I looked again, and realize that a whole third row of pedals could fit on this board.

Heh I had a few more on there at one point that got replaced by the zoom all in one. Big board with lots of space so I won't step on the wrong one live
Finally got around to building a smaller board that I could just leave in practice places. Close enough to my studio and stage sound (think chorus with overdrive had a baby with a metal zone) with the same on/offs. Behringer ftw.
