OK FINALLY DONE!!! I replaced the George Ls with Lava Ultramafic cables. All I have to say is WOW!!!!! I know cables are passive and shouldn't effect your tone, but WOW!!!!

I think the purple really makes it POP!

I bought one last week, and have another being built. But I sold around 15 in the last month or two. So the in to out ratio is pretty impressive.

I'm working on getting down to a small collection of key items that will keep me entertained and creative for awhile.

My "kawai" nano board in beta. I need to find a decent way to attach the pedals to the aluminum. Previously I used this as a guitar board, and I was lucky to find longer screws to fit at the corners of Boss, Ibanez, and Rocktron pedals.

Now, my screw source has turned wholesale-to-professionals only, and either I need to drill special holes on the bottom plates and use nuts & bolts, or thread metric corner bolt receptacles.

I also need to change the ancient straight power jacks to corner jacks on the cables.

(I WILL NOT use velcro on this construction :cool:)

Doing a total revamp on my pedalboard, so no pics for a week or so but I just picked up a mono PT-1 case. Wow. They are the most heavy-duty cases I've come across. Inch thick padding and solid design. I've been trying to squeeze everything onto a PT mini and it was always a sacrifice. So no more sacrifices. I'll just carry a bigger board.

I just bought the mono pt-2 case. I agree on all points. I expect it to last a long time. Much heavier duty than the stock soft case. (I have the soft case for the junior. I hear it does not work well for larger boards.) It is also about 12 lbs lighter than the hard case, which I have. The hard case is great, but the weight and single small handle grip makes carrying it more than 50 ft a real PITA. That is why I got the mono. The only neg on the mono is that is does not have the extra interior space of the hard case. It was roomy enough for an large expression or volume pedal and an extra power strip plus power cable and instrument cables. The soft case for the junior has a outer pocket for similar gear. Not so with the mono. The large outer pocket is a narrow sleeve. Great for cables, but not for thick items. i couldn't find a way to close the main case with my expression pedal in the sleeve. I wrote to mono about this. I recommended an expandable sleeve. They said they would present the request to the design department.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Stagg pedalboard and have it shipped to eastern Canada? I went to the websites of over half of the Canadian Stagg dealers and none of them carry the pedalboard.

I went to a few US dealers, but again, no luck. There's no point in getting it shipped from overseas. I just want to check out a UPC-424.

With the arrival of my Fuzzrocious Stache and BDPG today, I think I might actually be finished, just waiting on my PT mini to arrive so I can wire it all up and make it look all neat and pretty :hyper:
