Ask him about collaborating with Tom Waits. I always love hearing one of my favorite artists talk about working with one of my other favorite artists.
Ask him if he remembers that one time when the thing happened.
Ask him if he'd come on the MeatEater podcast to talk about fishing... bass specifically.
Ask him what would the correct ignition timing be on a 1955 Bel Air Chevrolet, with a 327 cubic-inch engine and a four-barrel carburetor.

the 327 didn't come out till '62. And it wasn't offered in the Bel Air with a four-barrel carb till '64. However, in 1964, the correct ignition timing would be four degrees before top-dead-center.
I wouldn't ask about Geddy if it was me. It takes the focus off learning about Primus. I would ask stuff like:
1.) For Band: Is Primus working on a new album to accompany the new EP?
2.) For Les: How do the Pachyderm basses stack up against your Carl Thompsons?
3.) For Band: Are you looking forward to the South Park 25th Anniversary at Red Rocks?
4.) For Larry: How do you approach coming up with the awesome guitar parts to most of your songs?
5.) For Herb: You have a unique style of drumming--especially with octobans. Is there something or someone that steered you towards those initially?
