Question about Micro Cube Bass RX

I have a Micro Cube Bass RX. I got it three years ago, and I don't remember if I ever tried out the reverb or delay. But I tried them out a few days ago, and the effects are so subtle as to be almost undetectable.

Have any of you Micro Cube Bass RX users had this problem, or know of a solution.

I had the same problem with one, which I returned (not for that reason). The guy at the store made them work better than I could somehow. Hotter pickups/preamp, I'm not sure. If you're bass's volumes isn't maxxed already try that.
