Question About tc electronic Brainwaves Pitch Shifter

Hello! Im new here so I hope im in the right forum category .
I recently discovered Royalblood and got obsessed. So I wanted to find a budget way to recreate a similar sound. After searching for pedals I saw the tc electronic Brainwaves Pitch Shifter . I was wondering does anyone know if this pedal can do Pitch Shifting and making powerchords? ( I dont know if I say this right please correct me) Also I see it has 2 outputs.

Can I do something similar to that setup

but instead the POG with the tc electronic Brainwaves Pitch Shifter?

I've looked at the Brainwaves for the same reason (years ago though), and I think I came to the conclusion that it will do a 5th and an octave up simultaneously, if that's what you're after

I use a TRex Quint Machine for power chords before that I used and still have an Akai UniBass on one board. I like that the Quint Machine is polyphonic and processes any sound input clean, synth or dirty.
