Question about the buffer (TU3)

I own Boss TU3 and I ordered 2 x Sommer Cable Classique (3m and 1m). I will be plugging it like this :
Bass --(3m cable)--->BossTu3--->--(1m cable)-->Amp
How the buffer in this particular effect will work ? I mean, it will ignore the 3m cable capacitance and restore all the highs or it will affect ONLY the shorter cable (1m) ?

With the cable lengths you're using there will be no noticeable effect.

Anyway - BOSS buffers (this in TU3) will restore highs or add them ?

You're talking 4 meters (@ 13 feet) of good quality 1/4" cable, right?
Honestly, unless you have hearing significantly better than the typical human being, you really aren't going to have enough capacitance to make a noticeable difference in high frequency signal.
I personally cannot detect high end attenuation with passive bass pickups and a cable until I get 30 to 50 feet long. This is similar to the experience of other professionals I have worked with.

Your Boss tuner wont add any highs and its almost a certainty you will not detect any 'restored' signal.
