Question about wiring active bass passively

Planning on going active with my Schecter bass in the near future. Going to go with the Bassline Blackouts, but I'm planning on taking out the crappy active eq currently in the bass. I honestly usually leave the eq flat on the bass and eq with the head/pedal. So my question is if I do away with an active pre amp, where do I get the new pots to do this? Do the pickups already come with volume and tone pots? Do I have to get specific ones, if so where? I'm unfamiliar with wiring/pots and stuff but I'm planning on wiring the bass blend/tone/vol setup.

Well its an active two band preamp to passive EMG HZ pickups. The bass has four knobs, treble/bass/vol/blend.

Some basses are wired with 250k or 500k pots into a preamp. Others have 25k, 50k or 100k volume pots running after the preamp. Some preamps even have dual inputs, with the blend pot after the buffering. Until you have determined which pots are in the bass, you can't say which pots need their values changed.
