I play electric bass and upright bass

I'm selling my amp Genz-Benz shuffle 3-10T and wants to buy an amp brand phil jones
I hesitate between these two models: Suitcase Bass Amp and Super Flightcase BG-300

I'd be more interested in the theory super flightcase BG-300 because it has a dual channel with two eq, which would allow me to connect my electric bass and my upright bass without having to redo my settings each time

I use the Super Flightcase and love it, but it's one channel rather than two. It has a little more power and two extra speakers than the Suitcase (which I believe is the two channel combo).

I have the suitcase which has two channels and the small flightcase which has only one. The suitcase is quite bulky but have much more headroom. I prefer however the sound of the flightcase for double bass.

I don't know when it's coming, but Phil is in the process of getting a new amp out, based on the Suitcase but in a smaller, lighter package. The tentative title is "Suitcase Junior," but that really doesn't do the thing justice. It's smaller and louder. Still has the two channels.

So if you don't have a definite deadline to get the amp, I would recommend waiting a bit to see when this new one comes out.
