Questions about my Ampeg BA115SP

Hey guys... some questions about my bass combo.

1. It rattles.. i've heard this is an issue with a lot of Ampeg combos. How do I go about fixing it?

2. I put my hand through the back port to see if I could find what was causing the rattling, and I fould 2 wires with plastic covers on the ends. What are these for?

Probably someone disconnected the tweeter. Stick your hand through the hole again and connect it up. then see what happens!
