If i were to get an Eden Navigator would it warrant keeping my Intersound Ivp? only reason why im looking is that i heard Uriah duffy's Eden Rig and well Me Likey
That would be up to your ears I like the eden sound my wt405 makes that when I needed more power, I just used it as a preamp to run a QSC pa amp so I would still have the same sound, only more of it
true but im @ the point where i have too many amps that don't appease to me all that much and are not gig worthy so everything is questionable
Unc, Buddy, this is what I have tried to tell you. This is just how I run my Eden. You can use any Eden. WT300, WT330, 405 or whatever. The only thing the Nav. gives you is two channels to play with. If you don't need two, use any Eden head to a power amp, and you have nirvana at any volume. Couldn't be easier.
That Navigator is a great, great preamp; with tons of features: really the best thing they make in my opinion. Great comp/limiter, bi-amp-ability, fx send, return, blend, tube drive control...lots of ins and outs for studio work...much better eq section than the 405... It's only one channel tho...
Sorry, I've not yet had the pleasure. I plan on nabbing a cheap one at some point. I just loved the sound of all the Eden stuff, the Golden chip stuff, or the tube stuff. Eden is still the best bass amp to be had IMHO. At least for my liking.
So My next Question is to the Dallas TB'ers with a navigator can i demo your navigator someday this week?
