Can't help with the KC track, but Kansas City is a 'standard' & it's not that hard tbh.

This is the Fats Domino version that most folks follow:



It's in C & basically just has a loose R-3-5-6 walk over a I-IV-V pattern.

The Wilbert Harrison version differs in that it's in C# and comes down from the 5' at the start, so it'd go G#-C-D#-C, F#-Bb-C#-Bb, C#-F2-G#2-F2. It doesn't have the 'stops', so just keep swingin' that R356 & variations. 'Twice round the block' at the end.
