I recently installed a set of DCB-G4's in my Ibanez 1205 bass. They replaced a set of EMG 40DC's that were previously installed configured with an Aguilar OBP-3 Preamp. Everything went according to plan with one exception, the Aguilar Pickups are super quiet in comparison to the EMGs or even my passive bass. I configured the Aguilar's in the same way the EMGs were configured. Anyone have a similar experience? Did i maybe use the wrong configuration?
