Bingo! Give that man a cupie doll!!! I'd even raise the price point a bit for a reliable, no thermal shutdown, compact, single channel power amp with power and slam like a lead sled. I know about Jule's M700 and the Demeter Minnie, but those price points are pretty high. Shall I keep on dreaming???
I see an XLR line in, I wonder if that's for chaining multiple heads together or for using just the power amp section of the amp with another preamp. Hmmm...
Do the knobs offend some sort of minimalist sensibility? Because there are plenty of micro amps which can be used as a power amp via the effects return. My suggestion? No. Stop dreaming. Start saving.
I recently purchased a Demeter after I realized where this whole thing was headed.
Here's your chance to get a new small form factor power amp made for you!
Note: I'm glad for the TB'ers who had been hoping for a full-blown Quilter bass amp. Rock on!

Woah. Sorry I asked. This isn't a power amp. It's a bass amp. I already have some of those.
I've made the purchase which I feel best met my wants and needs. I see nothing wrong with being a consumer who knows what they want.
I'm neither sensitive to, nor offended by Mr. Quilter's market offering. It's not like he drove to Texas and spit in my face.
If you have further questions, please PM me. I should have never commented, and this is a distraction at this point.
Woah. Sorry I asked.
And an interesting comment there today when I asked for a beta-user review prior to ordering.Over on the Quilter Amps Users Group, the imminent release has been announced...

90 volts peak? Translates into over 2000 watts into 4 ohms. Guessing that's for 20ms or some other very short of time.
Didn't mean to put you off or anything. Just sharing what one of the beta testers said after using on a gig.And an interesting comment there today when I asked for a beta-user review prior to ordering.
I believe you took my comment wrong. It didn't put me off, at all. I DID find it very interesting, in a good way. In general, as a vendor I can't say things like HOLY CRAP WOW LOOK AT THAT! when referring to these products so I won't and didn't and just used the neutral word "interesting". The "90,000 people" caught my eye first thing.Didn't mean to put you off or anything. Just sharing what one of the beta testers said after using on a gig.
LOL... I thought I took that wrong. I felt bad. Well. I hear ya. I can't say these things either.I believe you took my comment wrong. It didn't put me off, at all.
