    This is truly sad news. I always love the sound of his Bass Playing. Grooves were always spot on and his smile was infectious. Always looked like he was having a blast playing. Rest in Peace, my brother.

    He was definitely one of my heroes- and very underrated. He recorded lots of songs and his funk and groove was right up at the top! RIP Thunder Thumb!
