Rack Effects that phantom power a midi controller

I'm looking for any rack effects that can power a foot controller via a 7-pin midi cable. I know that Rocktron FX Processors (intellifex, replifex, etc.) have a 7-pin MIDI In jack (for the floor controller connection), but are there any others?

It's silly to me that other companies like Boss don't do this and make you run an extension cord to your controller.

Also, is a midi connection on a Non-powered box 'modifiable'?

Any help appreciated.

on a side note, has anybody played the Rocktron Xpression yet? Any thoughts on this unit?
