Rack Gear

I'm a big fan of the Peterson StroboRack tuner. It's pricey but it tracks better than anything else I've seen in a rack tuner, and it is amazingly accurate. I'm far more confident setting intonation than I have been with any other tuner.

I don't have any specific suggestions, but for the EQ at least consider a parametric EQ instead of just jumping on a graphic by default. Not saying it's better for you in particular, but for me the versatility of the frequency and quality controls more than makes up for having fewer bands.

Edit: just realised the Shuttle already has one para. band. I'd still consider it.

I'm using a Sabine RT-7000. Good rack tuner if you use 5-string basses, but can't afford the Petersen tuner... It will track down to a low A.

For compression, I LOVE the TC Electronic C300, but they're getting hard to find, and TC stopped making the newer version (C400XL) recently. Aside from being a nice compressor, this is one of the best noise gates I have ever used.
