Radial J48 question.

If you're referring to the 1/4" output, no it would not. The J48 does have a nifty switch that turns the 1/4" output into another input so you can combine stereo sources to a single output.

There are lots of ways to buffer your signal. Some tuners have buffered outputs as do some effects units (anything Boss for example) or a dedicated buffer like the Radial PB1.
