Has anybody tried the Radial PZ-DI with an upright bass? Looks like it would be ideal with some of the pickups available for upright.

Double Bass Radial PZ-DI

I use the cheaper SB-4 version, sounds great. I think it's 4Mohm instead of 10ohm. sounds great, very small and very simple to use.
