Basically you start smiling and giggling as you load up your gear. Right before you drive off you yell "By the way guys... I QUIT!" then laugh like a maniac as you drive away. The looks they get on their faces is much more satisfying.

I have had problems with flaky musicians but i would never sell my stuff.
I'd play at home the stuff i like to play and ill be happy.
