Raising the action?

If it buzzes only in one position it's usually a high fret (the 7th in this case). It can be checked with a straightedge and then knocked down with a file and recrowned.

While you're at it, check to make sure the fret is seated properly. If they become unseated you can push down on the fret end and see it move slightly up and down.
