Ramp

I was bored today and made a ramp out of the excess from my neck blank. It's makore finished with tung oil, the bass is a Cort Artisan B4 fretless.

Anyone spot anything that I did wrong with it?

imho, the point of a ramp is that it creates a seamless line with the pickups for your thumb to follow. If you're happy with the different heights, go for it. Personally I'd slide it towards the bass side until it meets the edge of the p'ups.

Well, they way it's currently positioned lets my thumb flow because I anchor on the top side of the pickup so that my thumb hangs over onto the face of the pickup, so it goes to the ramp at the right height to support my thumb without any overhang, if that makes any sense.
