Pacman can't be 100% attributed to Fisher. Something about leading a horse to water... And Pacman really never helped himself. Marijuanna possession, drunk driving, bar fights; the list goes on and on for that man.
I'm hoping Fisher gets it done with Randy, or Randy realizes this might be one of his last chances and gets it done himself. If 20 teams passed on him before, it won't take much to make the otehr 10-12 pass as well.
I hope so too, whatever Randy did (or didn't do) to get himself released from the Pats wasn't as obvious or blantant as his departure from the Vikes. And most Pats fans (and players, even some sportswriters and talk show hosts
) seem to have a fondness for the guy. If we see him with the Titans, it would have to be in the playoffs. In baseball, it is 3 strikes and you are out - for insanely talented wide receivers in the NFL, its at least 3, maybe more.
