As I said in my initial post, I wasn't the one to get it, But my boy Derrick from he KVLT page on FB who pretty much has owned every type of super festival made the guy who found it an offer he couldn't refuse. I'll be sure to hit him up about the schems tho, I'm sure he'd be down to have them written down for the future.
Heh, working 40 hours in three days this weekend. If I didnt already have two Classic 400's, I would be a little jealous.
My goodness, that thing looks like a beast. Id take that to a tech before firing it up but I assume if you're screwing with old tube amps you already knew that
My bad, I missed that - but thank you! If it was hard enough to find F800B schematics, these would be doubly impossible to find.
Maybe hit up John K. I'd bet he would know something about them. Schematics that is.
I would assume it's very close to the VTA400, just with (2) power amp sections. I've got an oddball VTB300, which says VTA400 on the front and VTB300 on the back. Very close to a Sunn 2000S amp. I ended up rebuilding the preamp in mine because I didn't like the very bright preamp sound.

sup guys. update. i have the amp in my possession now. headed down to Peavey HQ to meet up with hartley and their head tech to fix it up and check out HQ etc. in the first week of february. heres some of the head until now. been confirmed by hartley to be the only one to ever exist.
