Just checking to see how much of a "background check" you guys did on this advertiser. I did e-mail him a couple of years back, inquiring as to whether or not he had cleared rights to use "the original recordings" as advertised, his response was "since he was just using tunes from the Real Book and since the books were put together anonymously, he didn't have to worry about that..."

Most ads come from google adsense and so we don't usually 'approve' ads as such apart from specific targeted campaigns from manufacturers. Please also copy/paste the exact link.

Blake, I don't have it anymore, it was about two years ago, but since you're here, please feel free to update. Since these are the original recordings, have you indeed cleared the rights to resell the recordings? And have you paid publishing rights for the compositions that are not in public domain?

Actually, looking back at the thread from 2007-2009, this is exactly the same question you refused to answer publicly then....
