Double Bass Realist pickup sound sample - in youtube

Nice tone from that Realist. I have both a Realist and Full Circle on my old German carved bass. I like my Full Circle blended with a Shure Beta57 mic (thanks to Chris F. for that suggestion), but I've never been happy with the pickup-only tone from any pickup I've ever used.

My Realist tone doesn't sound as good as yours, and it might be the strings I'm using (I use either Corelli or Obligato). What strings did you use on that recording?

Thanks
