I am a copy cat!
i bought 2 queen size mattress toppers and two bags of poly stuffing from the local supermegamart and went to work on insulating my 3620s. i lined all surfaces on the inside of the three "drawers" in this cab(save for the baffle) and stuffed the 2x10 "drawer" with on bag of poly stuffing. it was super easy!
I finished the first cab and stood it up next to the unfinished cab. grabbed my head and my bass and (with a witness) tested the difference between the two. the unfinished cab compared to the lined and stuffed was "airy" and "brittle" with more clank in the highs and a whole somewhere in the middle it still had the lows however. the finished cab was as stated by HRgiger, Solid as a ****ing rock! the highs were tamer and the mids were punchy and present and the lows still rumbled the earth.
I lined the second cab(with the help of an extra twin pad since the 2 queens weren't enough for both cabs) and stuffed the ten section and plugged the cabs back in and swam around in the sea of bass flowing forth from my stuffed monsters!
In fact i ended up turning down a notch or two from my normal setting once the band got together since i could hear myself so much better! i am AMAZED at the difference a little insulation can make.
