I'd vote for Lopo. I have a couple of custom cabinets from them, and they are top notch. Easy to work with, and reasonable prices.

I have a couple design ideas and was wondering who does good work at "reasonable" (i.e., doesn't have to be cheap - just not a fortune) prices.

Most of the cabs you see on Jeff's website are guitar cabs, but I know for a fact that he also builds bass cabs. He just got through building two for me...a pair of 1x15's loaded with Eminence Legend CB15's.
