Double Bass Recognize this mag bridge pu for upright?

Found this while cleaning out my music room. I think it was made by Rick Turner for a 5-string EUB I had at the time.
But I am far from certain. Look familiar?

Yep, Rick Turner, but piezo, not magnetic.

If I recall correctly, this pickup was pretty expensive in it's heyday. I think the first one was built by Rick for Bryan Bromberg. It sounded really good on some of

his solo records.
