Recommend a good book on arpeggio gymnastics

Hi there,
I'm trying to nail all the arpeggios (incl. inversions) for soloing purposes. Trying to come up with cool phrases made out of arpeggios by myself (practicing on static chords), but I am sure there must be a book on this. Any recommendations?

Yes you will have to wade through the first 15 pages, however, these things stuck out.

1. If it's 4/4 time - three close notes then a leap fills that time slot.
2. What do you do after the leap?
3. Pauses. The music has to breath, let it.

That alone should get you on your way.

I'm trying to teach myself better bass phrasing by listening to horn players more (including my own clarinet playing - not great, but yeah, "taking a breath" now and then helps even if it's not needed).
