Recommend me a combo

I'm after a combo with the below criteria. The Ibanez Promethean P5110 would be perfect, but unfortunately they don't appear to make it any more. So I'm after suggestions for an alternative.

Needs to have a headphone input, and an aux-in for MP3 player.
Needs to have the ability to connect an 8 ohm extension cab.
With the extension, needs to be able to handle medium bar gigs with no PA support.
Needs to be under 40lbs.
Budget - I'm selling some stuff to get one, and I think I'll be able to raise £600 (equivalent $600 US including tax etc).

Thanks

Loud, Light, cheap, you can only have two. You listed all three which is probably why you haven't gotten anything.

There is no amp that we can recommend. You are going to need a bit bigger budget. Since you are across the Atlantic, most stuff is automatically more expensive. Have you spoke with any local music shops about your requirements? Maybe they can keep an ear open for someone selling the amp you want. Obviously, used is your best bet.

Good luck.

Used GB Shuttle 6.0 head and a small cab of your choice. The Shuttle will fit in the pocket of your gig bag, and the cab you lug. It's every bit as portable as a combo and gives you more options to boot. All the inputs and outputs you can stand.

^ this and I am using this amp with a Berg HT 112 and it is plain great. Just get all used here in the classifieds or your local classified web sites.

+1 As I suggested earlier. One can also get it with a "matching" GB cab, which has li'l brackets for turning it & the Shuttle 3/6.0/.2 into a combo.
