Recommend me a Reverb pedal

Trails are how long the reverberations takes to die.

Trails usually refers to whether the pedal continues to decay after it has been turned off or if the effect cuts out completely. Pedals that have buffered bypass can do trails. True bypass usually cannot.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned eventide yet. The Space and h9 reverbs are amazing. The black hole algo can't be copped by any other reverb.

Pretty much. I own the Space pedal and find every alg to be amazing, even the spring alg which some say otherwise on. The black hole alg is quite stellar, but it is really just a stellar hall reverb with some extra nice things. The Hall alg gets pretty close on its own to it.
Its expensive tho, but well worth it (as I imagine the BigSky would be).

Every time I experiment with reverb pedals, I always end up coming back around to the TC Electronic Hall of Fame. It is just a fantastic piece of gear. True bypass (or buffered if you like), wet/dry mix, tone control, multiple types of reverb, tone print feature, etc.
Pretty awesome, especially for the price.

I'll go one further with the Hall of Fame mini. Once you get your reverb picked out (via PC/Mac), it's once knob and gooooooo!
