Recommendations for a combo amp with good DI out

There ain't a lot of choices here in the 300-500W range. IF DI out is a primary consideration, why do you feel that the wattage is a concern? In general, the Fender Rumble series covers a lot of these specs. FWIW, I use a pair of older Fender Bassman 150 combos for this kind of stuff: Tilt back, DI out, and enough tone-shaping for my purposes.

FYI, Fender Rumble is post ONLY.
Must run and hide now because I get my come-up-ance for saying that if it sounds like a complaint.
IMHO, It's the only thing that would make my Rumble 200 better than it already is, to have a pre-post switch.
And I say that with all due respect to Fender and anyone who may be offended. YMMV

Specifically looking for a 210 w/ di out, to use for a stage monitor Tilt back preferred. With reasonable tone shaping abilities. Pre/ post switch. Maybe 300- 500 Watts Something no more than 600 dollars if posssible. Thanks!
Gotta go MARKBASS CMD102.
Plenty of power, lightweight and a good DI. Meets all your needs.
