reconnect with my music

Whats up guys,

I was hoping for some advice to help me reconnect with the most important thing in my life.

Life gets hard for all of us and we are blessed to have our music. Recently Life has been getting pretty rough and reality is kicking in. I always had my music to turn to when I've been down, but recently I've been feeling very distant from it, I've been finding it harder to express my emotions through it.
I'm sure i will get in touch with my music again but i want to know how.
Any experienced players here who can give some advice?
