It is a real transformer, which was the question I think.

IIRC, no. I stand to be corrected but the transformer doesn't load the tube like it does in the REDDI. I think the P15 uses a FET buffer between the tube and the transformer. I think the transformer is a parafeed type which means it is capacitor coupled like the Noble or Monique.
I'm pretty sure this is the case with the Noble. It's not physically big enough to have a true OT unless it has a push-pull output stage.
It's not a true OT in the sense of how I defined that. Its primary winding is not the load for the tube gain stage and I don't think it loads the FET either. Different style of circuit than the REDDI. Note, I am not saying that parafeed outputs are inherently inferior to true OTs at all. They're just different ways to couple a tube to the outside world.
