I sent GK an email regarding the availability of this cab and this was there response.1/12/09

I apologize for the delay. The new Neo412 will be ready for delivery in 4 weeks. We made some changes to the design to make the cabinets lighter and these changes delayed the availability. The new weight of the Neo412 is 99 lbs. from the original 118 lbs.
