Not at all.
Its just that, probably, the look of the bass will not be as good as you think...

Thought I'd take mine off to take a look-see (or maybe I was trying to look like Jaco... I can't remember
) and there was a big 'ol hole in the most random place. That put an end to that real quick.
I took the pickguard off my MIA J expecting it to be a nice look, but it's all routed. I didn't know they did that with the MIA's. Bummer. An olympic white J V with no pickguard would have been sexy.
In Fender Frontline 2009, when in debuted, its says ...<b>shielded body cavities</b>.. Does it mean that the routing will be covered?
