I love the idea of the electric iron over the sink with running water. Hasn't the electric chair been determined to be a cruel and unusual form of punishment?

I had the water there to keep my water sock wet.

now in hindsight it sounded like a REALLY bad idea

but there wasnt any chair near, but at least you didnt make fun of my bathroom/workshop

Not only that, you are gaining experience. Very important, especially since it's not a customer's instrument.
