replacement bridge

That's right, if you're the original owner & the bridge won't function, they will replace it free of charge.
However, if you purchased it second hand, or if it's still functioning, they won't do anything.
Recently had this conversation at the local Ibanez dealer, when I brought in a limited edition bass with a ganked bridge & machine heads. Ibanez would do nothing, because I was not the original owner & even then they'd only replace them if they were not functioning.
They won't replace free for cosmetic reasons.
