Replacement pickups for old Electra

I just got an old Electra bass like this: 2273 Long Necker Bass

It has rectangular pickups, here's a pick of mine: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I am trying to figure out what pickups might replace them ok? Hopefully without too much modification. I had Seymour Duncan quarter pounder pickups on a P-Bass and loved the beefy sound.

The pick guard hole is about 1 1/14 wide X 2 7/8 tall, screw holes about 3 1/4. The pickups themselves around about 1 1/14 wide X 2 3/4 tall... but also have 'tabs' that fit into the wood cavity...
