Replacement speaker?

If it has a black widow in it, you can get a replacement basket for probably 80-90 bucks. By measuring the cabinet portion and the tuning ports, etc. you could find other replacements that would work well but you likely wouldn't get it for any cheaper.

You say the speaker in it now still works so why bother?

If it ain't broke don't fix it. A new speaker isn't going to sound any better than the old one.....unless the old one has fallen silent.

I agree, with will, unless you'll be gigging very frequently, and are afraid that it might go out when you need it most. But if you do choose to replace: I had a peavey black widow 15" that was blown. And I replaced it with an eminence bass lyte series from us speaker. Needless to say, it sounds amazing! I'm very happy with it.
