Replacement tuners for Fender MIJ

Anyone have any luck? One of my tuners is kind of busted and I cannot find any place that has tuners which fit the dimensions of my tuners. I have a Japanese Jazz bass from 2007. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Fender MIJ from the 80s and couldn't find an exact answer, so I just checked the Gotoh and Hipshot sites for the dimensions they list and measured the screw holes for my bass.

Also, Hipshot's technical service is pretty good, I've had really good luck emailing them about my questions, so they may be able to help you out.
